HELPFUL SHOPPING TIP:
Using a steel tail comb to part the hair is preferable to a lesser quality comb with plastic tail (often called a rat tail comb). The steel tail glides easily through the hair whereas the plastic is not always completely smooth and has a tendency to snag the hair. And, naturally, steel is more durable than plastic.
